Apply for an additional copy of the Community licence
If you require further certified copies after the Community licence has been issued, you can apply for them from the relevant authority.
With the Community licence, you will receive a separate certified copy for each vehicle. You specified the number of vehicles in your application.
If the number of your vehicles increases after the permit or Community licence has been issued, you will need further certified copies. You can apply for these from your competent licensing authority.
You may need to provide evidence of your own capital again. For each additional vehicle over 3.5 t, you will need own capital of EUR 5,000. For each additional vehicle weighing between 2.5 and 3.5 t (in cross-border goods transport), you will need equity capital of EUR 900.00. This also applies when using hire vehicles.
