Notice of the opening or closure of a branch or a dependent branch engaged in the commercial manufacture and/or trade of firearms must be submitted in writing to the competent authority.
Failure to give such notice constitutes an administrative offence under Section 53(1)(8) of the Weapons Act (WaffG).
