Pferdewirt - Create training plan

As a training company, you must draw up a training plan if you wish to conclude a training contract.

This training plan regulates the temporal and factual structure of the training programme.

Prerequisite

  • You are recognised as a training company for the profession of horse farmer.
  • You would like to take on a person for training.
  • You have concluded a vocational training contract.
  • You have the necessary documents for the vocational training contract.
  • You still need to submit the training plan.

The training plan is part of the vocational training contract for the profession of horse manager.

Procedure

If you create the plan online:

  • Open the link to the training plan.
  • You have not yet registered? Please register and set a password.
  • The data stored there will be automatically transferred to the training plan.
  • Please ensure that you select the correct name and address of your training company (see recognition certificates).
  • Keep the vocational training contract to hand so that you can transfer some of the data without any problems.
  • You can interrupt and save at any time while you are working on the training plan.
  • You can "scroll" backwards or forwards at any time in the left-hand navigation bar.
  • At the end, the training plan is subjected to a plausibility check ("have you filled in everything correctly").
  • You can use the "Send" button to send the training plan as an e-mail to the "Regierungspräsidium Karlsruhe" (Karlsruhe Regional Council), which will then print it out for you.
  • Once the vocational training contract has been processed, your trainee will receive the training plan by post from the Karlsruhe Regional Council together with the vocational training contract.
  • The trainee must then file it in the training record (report booklet).
  • Please note the instructions in the training plan and the regular handwritten processing.

Deadlines

  • Before the start of training
  • The vocational training contract, including all annexes, must be submitted to the Karlsruhe Regional Council for entry in the register immediately after the vocational training contract has been concluded.

However, the completed and edited training plan is one of several documents that you must submit when concluding a vocational training contract:

  • Vocational training contract in triplicate
  • Last school report from the general school
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Appendix to the vocational training contract
  • if applicable, certificate of initial examination in accordance with the Youth Labour Protection Act
  • if applicable, proof of shortening, e.g. in the case of Abitur, vocational qualification
  • if applicable, waiver of shortening. You can request a corresponding form from the relevant office by telephone or e-mail.
  • if applicable, in the event of a change of training company, previous contract and, if the training was completed in another federal state, confirmation of deregistration from the responsible office there.
  • cooperation agreement, if applicable
