Prerequisite
You can receive free publications if you live in Baden-Württemberg
- live,
- are being trained or
- work.
People outside Baden-Württemberg can receive publications for a fee.
For publications that are offered as special editions by the Centres for Civic Education in Germany (ZpB), a provision fee is charged depending on the purchase value of the titles. The provision fee is used to finance part of the special editions as well as the costs for storage and organisation of the publication offer.
Procedure
You can order the publications directly via the Internet. Click on the desired product and place it in the "shopping basket". You can find out everything else on the website.
Tip: You can read the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) directly in the webshop. There you will find information on terms and conditions of purchase, shipping costs, payment procedures, cancellation rights and data protection, among other things. You can also access the terms and conditions in plain language and sign language.
Deadlines
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until the costs have been paid in full.

Costs
Shipments containing only free products and weighing less than 500 grams are free of charge.
For all other shipments, the following flat shipping rates apply (including postage, packaging and handling):
- up to 1 kilogramme: EUR 3.00
- up to 10 kilograms: EUR 6.50
- up to 30 kilograms: 13.50 EUR
- over 30 kilograms: dispatch in several parcels
Processing time
Dispatch usually takes place within five working days of receipt of the order.

Self-collection: If you want to save on shipping costs, you can collect most publications from our shops in person. Please note the opening hours:
- Stuttgart, Lautenschlagerstraße 20: Mon to Thu: 9.00 to 12.00 + 13.00 to 15.30 Fri: 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
- Freiburg, Bertoldstraße 55: Tue and Thu 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Heidelberg, Plöck 22: Tue 10:00 to 17:00, Wed 13:00 to 17:00, Thu 10:00 to 17:00
- At the conference centre ‘Haus auf der Alb’ in Bad Urach you will receive publications at the seminar times. If you are travelling specially, it is best to call in advance: Telephone 07125/152-0.
